ALOE VERA: ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL MEDICINE!!

I was so sick few days ago with my stomach.
I can say that one of the reason I got better was to drink plenty of Aloe vera juice.

Aloe vera has been recognized for centuries for its remarkable health-enhancing and medicinal properties.
Although known specifically for external application to the skin, aloe juice is also widely used to help a variety of conditions of the digestive tract.
The juice is also have an anti-inflammatory action in the digestive system that is often used for heartburn and to ease constipation and bowel disease.

Other studies have shown that aloe vera juice helps detoxify the bowel, neutralize stomach acidity, and relieve gastric ulcers.

Aloe vera juice contains a wealth of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients including B1,B2,B3,B6,C,choline,calcium.copper,manganese,potassium,silicon, and others.

The leaf contains at least seventy-five nutrients and more than 200 active compounds, including twenty minerals, twenty of the twenty-two necessary amino acids, and twelve vitamins.

Aloe is thought to have originated in the Sudan and the Arabian Peninsula.
Today it's cultivated and found in the wild Africa, the Near East, Asia, and the southern Mediterranean.
It's also cultivated in subtropical regions of the United States and Mexico, in the coastal regions of Venezuela, and on the Dutch and French Antilles.

My advice, always have Aloe vera juice in your fridge!!

Cheers

NUTRITION FOR THE SOUL

If you allow yourself to be swayed by the opinions of others-- ''It must be good, because everyone else likes it'' '' It must be bad, because no one else likes it''--your feelings, your sensibility, which should be the very core of artistic experience, will wither and die.
To enjoy art to the fullest, you must abandon preconceived notions, leaving a blank state.
Then confront the work directly with your entire being.
If you are deeply moved, then that work is, for you, a great work of art.
( Diasaku Ikeda)

Many things happen in life. There are joyous days and times of suffering.
Sometimes unpleasant things occur. But that's what makes life so interesting. The dramas we encounter are part and parcel of being human. If we experienced no change or drama in our lives, if nothing unexpected ever happened,we would be like automatons, our lives would be unbearably monotonous and dull.
Therefore, please develop a strong self so that you can enact the drama of your life with confidence and poise in the face of all life's vicissitudes.
( Daisaku Ikeda)

When we are really honest with ourselves we must admit our lives are all that really belong to us.
So it is how we use our lives that determines the kind of men we are.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY ''A GREAT WAY TO DEAL WITH STRESS''

Hello dear followers,

I had a fantastic opportunity to have a CranioSacral session with Gabriel Bobek.
Before I tried it , I knew very litte about this method.

Living in New york city, dealing with stress is pretty common.
So when I went to visit Gabriel , at Backbone and Wingspan Pilates studio on wednesday,
I was pretty stress with work and had a bad foot.

Gabriel is the sweetest person I ever met.
He asked me to lie down face up on a very comfortable mattress and to close my eyes and relax.
I can tell you that after 10 minutes I was fast asleep.(even snoring a little)

CranioSacral therapy works through the craniosacral system to access the body's self healing
capacities.

Using a very light touch the skilled practitioner monitors body rhythms at key points to locate areas of obstruction, stress,or dysfunction.
Then techniques of alignment and adjustment engage the body's own corrective mechanisms to release what's ''stuck''.
Over time a chain reaction of release follows- this gentle and subtle touch produces fundamental changes safely from inside out.

When I Finally woke up,I felt so serene and relaxed, and most of all I knew I did a great favor to my body.

Everybody should try this experience at least once in their lifetime, and trust me when you tried it you will want some more.

To schedule an appointment please contact:

FEW QUOTES OF WISDOM!!

We cannot escape fear.
We can only transform it into a companion that accompanies us on all our exciting adventures..
Take a risk a day--one small or bold stroke that will make you feel great once you have done it.
(Susan Jeffers)

What makes someone a hero?Napoleon maintained,''True heroism consists in being superior to the misfortunes of life.''
To have never tasted failure, defeat or misfortune is not heroism or happiness, for that matter.
A truly heroic way of life lies in squarely confronting and courageously overcoming the pounding vicissitudes that life always throws in our paths.
(Daisaku Ikeda)

Develop interest in life as you see it:in people,things,literature,music--the world is so rich, simply throbbing with rich treasures, beautiful souls and interesting people.
Forget yourself.

She was so right, dark leafy green are packed with powerful nutritional supplements. that help maintain good health and protect against cancer and other diseases.
Leafy greens that have gotten the attention from researchers for their role in disease prevention are: kale, collards, cabbage, bok choy, mustard and turnip greens, watercress

The more they are leafy, the more they contain vitamin A,C and E,all considered antioxidant nutrients that help neutralize cancer-promoting oxygen molecules known as free radicals.
Leafy greens are a great source of fiber, calcium and iron.
The darker the green, the more it contains carotenoids which boost the immune system.

Try to get your greens organic because they will taste better and they'll be better for you.
Check you area for a farmer's market,whole foods,etc..

PAINLESS NATURAL EASTERN DEPILATION!

Painless natural depilation??
Yes it does exist..I tried it and I loved it.
Nobody like to feel pain, especially during depilation.
I was a model for the day to try this eastern tradition depilation,it is the most ancient way of doing it.
Cleopatra was using that method,so I felt like a queen for a day.
It is a simple method made with honey, water and lemon, and it makes a paste like caramel.
In the eastern countries the recipe is past on from mother to daughter.
I was amazed on how painless it was and how my skin was so soft.
It last as long or even longer as any regular wax,it is natural and it's good for the skin..
If you have the opportunity, try it!!
There is only 2 esthetician in Nyc who are doing it for now.
Here are they infos:

Exercising is an important part on how to stay healthy.
Find your own kind of physical activity.
Make sure you like it and most of all that you're having fun.
Any activity that you would do without enjoying it will turn to be a disaster for you.
You will burn out even before seeing the result.
Experiment, try different kind of work out.
There are so many out there;yoga, pilates, belly dancing, kick aerobic,etc..even walking fast is a great work out.
If you don't like to exercise on your own find a work out partner,it is more fun and more motivating.
The important thing is to sweat it out,get rid of those toxins.

CHANGE!!

Change is good they say..
well yes it is but we know that it is not easy.
So how can we deal with it.
I would say that the first thing to do is to stay optimistic, think change is growth,it's exciting.
There is nothing more boring that routine.
In the last 4 months my life has changed drastically.
At first it was difficult but now I see that it was for the best.
Secondly don't go through it alone..interact,go out there, talk with your friends, stay in a positive environment.
Don't let the fear take over..
Exercise,Go out,treat yourself,EMBRACE THE CHANGE..
Winter always turn to spring!!
Nothing stays the same,we need change..This is what life is all about.
Look at what you have accomplished so far..
I'm sure you have done a lot and you have been through a lot!
And I'm sure it was all worth it,wasn't it?
So if you did it before, you can do it again.
Yes change is good!!

In filling the well,think magic.Think delight.Think fun.
Do not think duty.Do not do what you should do--spiritual sit-ups like reading a dull but recommended critical text.
Do what intrigues you, explore what interests you;think mystery, not mastery.
